FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the exact dates and exact location for this event?
Rank Makers Live 2019 will take place on October 3rd - 5th, 2019 in Orlando, Florida. Session 1 starts at 9am on Thursday and the final session will end around 4pm on Saturday. This event is not like most of our events. Most of our events have historically been Friday, Saturday & Sunday. This event is Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
Why are you requiring a $127 deposit if this is supposed to be free?
With events there are logistics we must plan and deal with it. We must know how many people are actually committed to coming, even though they can attend the event for free. You will receive a full refund in the form of a physical check that will be handed to you in person when you attend Rank Makers Live 2019.
If I already bought a ticket to your now rescheduled October event, how does this work?
If you bought a ticket to our now rescheduled event that was taking place at the end of October, we have automatically upgraded you to VIP for this event. If you cannot attend, you can certainly get a refund from support. If you'd like to attend but do not want VIP access and would like to get downgraded, we can certainly refund your ticket and you would just need to put down a $127 refundable deposit to secure your seat.
If I cancel my Rank Makers membership before the event, can I still attend?
Yes, you are eligible to buy a "Non-Rank Maker" general admission ticket for $127. However, your free ticket and $127 deposit will be forfeited. Our support team will make sure that you know this before processing your cancellation.
Can I bring an additional attendee to the event if they're not a Rank Maker?
Yes, an additional attendee can attend the event even if they're not a Rank Maker. You must put down an additional $127 refundable deposit to secure the seat. If you'd like to put down a deposit for this ticket, you can do so by clicking here.
Is there a discounted group rate for the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate?
Yes, discounted room blocks are now available for Rank Makers Live attendees. The last day to reserve your hotel room at a discounted rate is September 1st, 2019. We cannot guarantee availability for the discounted rooms and reservations are made on a first come, first served basis.
